More than 20 years in Data Intelligence and strategic planning. Before founding Active BI, he led data, analytics and strategy projects at large Brazilian and multinational companies in healthcare, education, finance and telecommunications.

Specialist in data intelligence, enterprise solutions and data-driven enterprise AI. He is responsible for Active BI's strategy and partnerships.

Under his leadership, Active BI ranked 8th in Exame's list of the fastest-growing companies between 2021 and 2022.

Andressa Monteiro

Founding Partner and CFO

With experience in financial and administrative management and an MBA in Business Administration and Finance, Andressa leads Active BI's finance and administration.

As head of the back office, she runs financial planning, budget management, contracts and administrative processes, ensuring operational efficiency and a sustainable business.

As a founding partner, she takes part in the company's strategic decisions and contributes to Active BI's structured growth, with a focus on governance, financial soundness and a long-term view.

Gustavo Tahara

BI Engineering and Analytics Lead

An industrial engineering graduate, he has been with Active BI since its early days and has become one of the company's leading technical references.

With experience leading strategic BI and analytics projects for clients in Brazil and abroad, he directly runs high-complexity initiatives, leading teams and guiding technical and architectural decisions.

His work is central to how Active BI's solutions evolve, raising technical standards, spreading knowledge and developing the professionals on our project teams.
