How much does a project with Active BI cost?
It depends on the service line and on the company's maturity, and each line has its own format: fixed-scope project or a bank of hours with a squad for Power BI and data engineering; proof of concept, implementation and agents as fixed deliverables for AI; a fixed quote within one week for custom software. We do not work from a price list: the proposal comes out of a diagnostic conversation, with defined scope and deliverables validated at each stage.
How soon do we see the first results?
We deliver incrementally. The first deliverable you can validate arrives within weeks, and the full roadmap is defined together at the start of the project.
How does a project start?
A diagnostic conversation to understand your situation, a proposal with defined scope and stages, and a kickoff with validation milestones. No hidden steps.
What if the project is deprioritized internally?
The stage-based model with validated deliverables protects the investment already made. Each completed phase delivers value on its own.

Do you build AI agents on top of the environment we already have?
Yes. We start from what exists: Power BI semantic models, databases, data lakes, ERP and documents. If the company already uses Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI or Databricks Genie, those tools stay in place and are accessed through the same AI hub. The first step is usually a proof of concept in one domain, with real data and accuracy criteria agreed before we start. Details in Artificial Intelligence for companies.
Do you only work with Microsoft?
No. We are a Microsoft partner and much of what we build runs on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Azure, but we also work with Databricks, Snowflake and on-premises databases. The platform recommendation comes from each company's situation.
How do you handle security and LGPD?
The solution design defines where data lives, who can access it and for how long. Data stays in the company's environment, with access control, inherited permissions and traceability. In AI projects, models are consumed without the data being used for training. LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) compliance is part of the scope, not an add-on.
Do you build custom software?
Yes. We build systems for business teams, such as job portals, quotes and proposals, approvals, contracts and master data the ERP does not cover, integrated with the company's APIs and databases and with AI built into the screen. The assessment of the business area is free, the quote comes within one week and the code belongs to the company. Details in custom software development.
How do I follow what is being done on the project?
Through the Active BI Client Portal: hours used by activity and by consultant, cumulative usage against the contracted amount, and the status of deliverables and tickets, updated throughout the project.
We don't know where to start. What do you recommend?
When the company has no clear starting point, the first step is the Information Assessment: a four-to-eight-week diagnostic that evaluates seven dimensions, from architecture to AI readiness, and delivers a plan prioritized by business value. If the problem is already known, we start with a 30-minute diagnostic conversation.
